This policy explains what personal information Blinova Digital collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Blinova Digital SMM Agency ("Blinova Digital") is a fractional marketing leadership and social media (SMM) services business based in Vancouver, British Columbia, operated by Nataliia Blinova. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Blinova Digital. Nataliia Blinova is responsible for how personal information is handled.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiry form: your name, business name, email, website or Instagram, business goals and anything else you choose to share.
- Call bookings: your name, email and any answers you give when booking an intro call.
- Email and messages: what you send us directly.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
Information collected automatically, only with your consent
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect information about how the site is used: pages visited, time on page, how far you scroll, clicks, referring website, device and browser type, and approximate location (city or region). Session recordings may show how a page was used; text typed into forms is masked.
Client work
If we work together, information shared during the project is handled under our client agreement as well as this policy.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule calls.
- To prepare proposals and deliver the services you engage us for.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To measure which marketing channels bring enquiries.
- To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
4. Consent
When you submit a form or book a call, you consent to us using that information for the purposes above. Analytics and marketing cookies run only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page or by emailing us.
5. Service providers and storage outside Canada
We use trusted providers to run this website and our business. They process information on our behalf and only for the purposes described here:
- Spiceform: enquiry form
- Calendly: call scheduling
- Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel: website analytics and advertising measurement (only with consent)
- Website hosting, email and customer-relationship tools
Some of these providers store information outside Canada, mainly in the United States. Information stored there may be accessible to authorities under the laws of that country.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide the services and meet legal and tax requirements. Analytics data is kept according to each tool's retention settings (for example, up to 14 months in Google Analytics).
7. How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and secure, reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit who can access it.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it. Email us at helloblinova@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Children
This website is intended for business owners and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
